Working with VIHAN

Fabric selection, production, quality control and the practical details of working with VIHAN.

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

What to know before placing an order

Which twill fabrics does VIHAN supply?

VIHAN focuses on stretch twill (kaki thun), cotton twill, performance twill and linen-look twill for fashion production. Fabric options and specifications are discussed according to each order.

How long does fabric production usually take?

Production typically takes about 5–10 days, supported by priority scheduling at partner mills. The confirmed timeline depends on fabric, colour and production availability. International transport and customs clearance are separate.

How does VIHAN control fabric quality?

Lots produced under VIHAN’s coordination follow VIHAN-approved production processes and fabric-specific quality standards. Every shipment lot undergoes independent inspection; nonconformities are addressed before dispatch.

How is shade consistency managed across repeat orders?

VIHAN prioritizes production within the same dye lot. When a different dye lot is necessary, shade differences are assessed against agreed samples and acceptance criteria and recorded in delivery documentation.

Does VIHAN provide technical data sheets?

Yes. VIHAN provides technical information appropriate to the sample and order, including fibre composition, fabric weight (GSM), usable width, stretch, shrinkage, colour fastness and other relevant properties. Not every test applies to every fabric.

Are shipments accompanied by proper import documentation?

VIHAN uses formal import procedures, reviews HS classifications, declares actual transaction values and prepares the required import documents for each shipment.

What makes VIHAN pricing competitive?

Direct sourcing from manufacturers reduces intermediaries. VIHAN also monitors raw-material cost movements. Quotations depend on the fabric, specification, volume and supply terms.
